Program Integration: From Development through Manufacturing and Sustainment
Webinar: Monday, September 12, 2011
2:00 – 3:00 pm EST

Another in the series of online workshops for program and project leaders developed by Aviation Week and the executives who form the Program Excellence Evaluation Team.

Our speakers will outline program integration – what it is, what some of the common pitfalls are, and where program experts have created new processes and team capability to assure integration throughout a program lifecycle.  We’ll hear from one of the Aviation Week 2010 Program Excellence Award nominees on how to achieve integration between cycles of the program and among team members at different locations, in different time zones and with different cultural norms.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Assuring integration as the program launches
  • Assuring integration as the program shifts from design to produce
  • Assuring integration as the program shifts to delivery and sustainment
  • Tips on melding a team - integrating - using varied tools and processes to create a cohesive program rhythm
  • Lessons learned - what did and didn’t work
