Aviall a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, has entered into an exclusive worldwide aftermarket distribution agreement with Rolls-Royce plc for unique spare parts of the RB211-524 aircraft engines. Aviall will assume the spare part distribution responsibilities to the RB211-524 customers in the fourth quarter of 2010. The agreement extends for the life of the engine. Rolls-Royce will continue to be responsible for providing technical support for these engines. 
New PMA- A320 Damper Assembly Parts. Aviation Component Solutions (ACS) is pleased to announce the addition of two new FAA approved PMA parts to our catalog. These parts are used in a Damper Assembly that is installed on the A320 aircraft. ETI INC. has developed an FAA approved repair of Heat Shield Blankets found on all major engine types. During overhaul inspection of the Heat Shield assemblies, it is normally found to be worn beyond overhaul manual inspection limits. Due to this damage, replacements of such parts are expensive with new OEM Thermal Heat Shields. This repair incorporates a blanket patch repair that will save costs for Operators and MRO Companies. 
Flame Enterprises is proud to offer the new GFI relays from Leach International. The new FAA Safety Regulation SFAR88 will require the Airlines to manage their requirements for these unique devices in a way that reduces their inventory carrying costs but allows for access to the parts they need quickly. Boeing has selected Leach International as the exclusive provider of Fault Current Detection (FCD) and Ground Fault Interrupt (GFI) relays to satisfy SFAR 88. Leach GFI relays have been selected for retrofit as well as for new production. 
Guyson’s RB-10 Robotic Shot Peening System does more and costs less than inflexible gantry-type CNC peening machines. It combines accurate robotic nozzle and component manipulation with advanced controls and precision shot delivery and reclamation to meet aerospace peening specifications and support NADCAP process verification.
