Exhibitor Resource Center Home

WELCOME TO Aviation Week’S EXHIBITOR RESOURCE CENTER WEBSITE.

Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for choosing to exhibit at MRO EUROPE 2011 MADRID.

The Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) has been designed to assist with your pre-Show planning.  Please go through ERC carefully so you don’t miss important deadlines and announcements.

Here are three easy steps to help you use your Exhibitor Manual:

STEP 1: Refer to the Exhibitor Action Checklist.
Please pay particular attention to deadlines.

STEP 2: Do a Quick Review.
Please pass along any information to colleagues/contractors who may need to know more about such things as Venue Requirements, Marketing, Sponsorships or Public Relations.

STEP 3: Invest 15 Minutes of Reading Time.
We guarantee that this time will benefit you. In some instances you will save money.

Please Read
Important Deadlines

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOTELS and INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

We look forward to seeing you in Madrid in September. This email details two important messages for your review on insurance requirements and hotels.

  1. IFEMA REQUIRES that all exhibitors have the minimum civil liability insurance (€60,000) and the Multi-fairs insurance against fire, lightning and explosions (€30,000).  If you do not have this insurance, you need to either purchase it from your own insurance company or directly from IFEMA (IFEMA will invoice you directly). Please contact servifema@ifema.es if you need to purchase this insurance.   If your insurance company meets these requirements, please provide the necessary documentation to servifema@ifema.es
  2. Hotel Information is now available on the MRO Europe 2011 website.  Please click or copy and paste the following link into your browser.  Please follow the directions to make your hotel accommodations seamless.

http://www.aviationweek.com/events/current/meu/travel.htm

****Please do not accept any phone calls from “Housing Bureaus” saying they work with MRO or Aviation Week as we have had a company saying they are our official housing authority and asking for your credit card.  Please use the MRO website to make your hotel reservations only. If you get a call and they say they do not show you have made reservations at all and you know you have – ignore this as well as this company is telling you this to try to get you to book with them.

Some important things to remember:

  • Book hotels at the Aviation Week contracted rates here.
  • Keep copies of all your orders, payments, and shipping documents and remember bring them to the Show.
  • 2011 MRO Europe/MRO Military Europe Program Book Listing submission deadline is July 12 2011.
Failure to submit by the deadline will prevent your Company’s description from being listed in the program book. Program Book Listing link
  • Order your utilities prior to the August 19th, 2011 deadline to avoid late fees. Orders placed on-site often need to be processed and fulfilled during off-hours which may prolong your set-up and incur overtime charges.

Please Note: Island and/or raw-space booths must submit their design to Lydia Janow at ljanow@aviationweek.com and Ben Bradberry, ben@saxondesign.co.uk. The deadline for stand design submission is August 7th 2011. Please contact Client Services at (800) 240-7645 ext 1 or (212) 904-3225 or via email at ljanow@aviationweek.com.

If you need assistance with the MRO Europe 2011 Madrid, Spain Program Book listings, important deadline reminders and more, please contact our exhibitor service specialist, Anita J. Wright at customercare@aviationweek.com or by phone at +1.212.904.6344

Thank you again for your business.

Sincerely,

The Aviation Week Events Team
