Awards will be presented at a black-tie dinner in Washington, on Mar. 8, 2011. With the exception of the Lifetime Achievement category, all Laureate awards will be based on accomplishments in 2010. You are invited to submit your nominations according to the following guidelines, with a firm deadline of Oct. 4.
