Rate: $239 USD + 14.5% tax (Single/Double)
All hotel reservations must be made by attendees directly to the Hilton
reservation office at +1.202.265.1600 or +1.800.695.7460 by January
26, 2011 and requesting the Aviation Week rate. Hotel reservations
received after the cut-off date of January 26, 2011, or if the block is
filled, are subject to availability and room type at the prevailing rates. All
attendees will be required to provide a first night’s deposit. Checks and
major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards
used to prepay will be charged immediately. The Hilton will deduct any
collected nonrefundable prepayment fees from the amount you may owe
as performance or cancellation damages. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and
checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
Parking: Parking is available for a daily rate. Please note that
Aviation Week does not validate parking.
