AVIATION WEEK will offer two tracks on this final day of the 2009 conference: Program Leadership Excellence and Supply Chain Excellence. The Program Excellence seminar will focus on development of program and project leadership skills and capabilities, based on expert presentations and case studies. The Supply Chain Excellence will use AVIATION WEEK'S interactive model to present information and identify actions to create improvement across the program or project supply chain. The agenda for Program Excellence is a schedule of best practices and case studies identified as part of the 2009 AVIATION WEEK Program Excellence Initiative. Presenters will be announced the first week of September. The sessions were identified as part of the Program Excellence Evaluation Team's analysis of program strengths and weaknesses across the industry. |
